Family Health Plan Ltd (FHPL) an IRDA approved Third Party Administrator has been appointed as the implementing agency for the Yeshasvini Scheme. FHPL assists the Yeshasvini trust in the process of issuance of identification card, recognition and empanelment of quality hospitals, scrutiny and settlement of claims and personalized care through its dedicated district co-coordinators.

Karnataka has become a role model state with the introduction of Yeshasvini. Any farmer who is a member of co-operative society in Karnataka can get the necessary surgical treatment, which are expensive, and life saving by becoming the member of the scheme.
